If you are a UK resident and your watch needs a service, please send your Frederique Constant watch to our Wokingham Service Centre using the following instructions.
- When sending your watch, please pack securely, do not send the presentation box as all packaging is disposed of once the watch is received. We recommend an insured carrier such as Royal Mail Special Delivery.
- Complete a repair form and ensure to include your contact details, return address and a detailed description of the issue. If possible, please also include the case-back number which can be found on the back of your watch.
- Address your parcel and send via insured carrier to: Service Centre, POX BOX 161, Wokingham, Berkshire RG41 2FS.
If you submit your repair within your warranty period, please ensure to include the filled our guarantee booklet, your original receipt or a bank statement. For out-of-warranty work, or for work not covered by the guarantee terms, a no-commitment estimate detailing such costs will be sent to you prior to proceeding with the repair. Chargeable repair work will not commence until we have received payment. You may authorise Frederique Constant to proceed with the repair by paying through your online account, calling our Customer Service Team or posting a cheque payment. Should you not wish to proceed with the repair, we will return your watch back to you free of charge.
Please note: We are unable to quote exact repair prices via email or telephone until our repairs team have had the opportunity to physically inspect your watch at our centre.
On receipt, your watch will be booked onto our system in the condition in which it is received. Our turnaround time varies by time of year, but generally runs about 40 working days after approval and payment of an estimate.
