What is the recommended service interval?

Frederique Constant watches are recommended to be service every 3-4 years to maintain performance.

Please send your Frederique Constant watch to our Wokingham Service Centre using the following instructions:

1. When sending your watch, please pack securely, do not send the presentation box as all packing is disposed of once the watch is received. We recommend an insured courier such as Royal Mail.
2. Complete a repair form and ensure to include your contact details, return address and a detailed description of the issues.
3. Address your parcel and send via insured courier to: Service Centre, PO Box 161, Wokingham, Berkshire RG41 2FS
