We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All Frederique Constant timepieces may be returned within 21 days of purchase, allowing you time to ensure your watch is the perfect fit for you.
NOTE:
- For watches purchased through other retailers, please contact them directly.
- Returns must be in the original and saleable condition.
- Only alterations made to the watch through our Service Centre, or any authorised retailer will be accepted for a refund.
- If your watch has been resized before purchase, please ensure all links are returned with your watch.
- Any links removed when sized must also be returned.
- All returns are subject to an assessment prior to your refund. If the watch has sustained damage, this may result in a partial refund to be applied.
